The vessel transition section forging is a critical pressure-bearing component in pressure vessels, reactors, and similar equipment, connecting different structural parts such as shells, heads, reducers, or special-shaped interfaces. It must maintain structural integrity under high pressure (up to 30 MPa), high temperatures (300-600°C), and cyclic loading conditions.

Material:

SA-387 Gr.11/22 (ASME standard) or 16MnDR (Chinese standard), among others.
