TIPTOP Non-Magnetic Steel Grades:
TIPTOP produces non-magnetic steel using high-quality alloy raw materials, leveraging advanced smelting equipment (electric furnace, AOD refining furnace, and electroslag remelting furnace) and precise analytical tools to ensure chemical composition stability and high purity. Our non-magnetic steel comes in three grades: TTMC-1 Non magnetic, TTMC-2 Non magnetic, and TTMC-3 Non magnetic.

API Spec. 7-1: specification of rotary drilling equipment;
ISO 10424-1: drilling and production equipment, part 1: specification of rotary drill stem elements;
ASTM A370: mechanical testing of steel products;
ASTM E587: standard practice for ultrasonic angle beam contact testing;
ASTM E709: standard practice for magnetic particle testing;
ASTM E23: standard methods for notched bar impact testing of metallic materials.。
The outside surface of each standard steel bar or tube shall be inspected for defects. The preferred methods are either the Ultrasonic (UT) or Magnetic Particle (MT) methods. As an option, other methods (such as eddy current) may be used, providing it can be demonstrated that the system and procedure are capable of detecting indications described in Table A.16.
Ultrasonic inspection and MPI inspections are performed on each forging over its full length and section, after rough machining according to API Spec 7-1. Mill test certificates including mechanical properties, chemical analysis, magnetic properties and inspections are supplied with all stabilizers.

Advantages:
General corrosion resistance: Resistant to weak corrosive media (such as air and water vapor) at room temperature, widely used in household products, medical equipment, etc..
Low-temperature toughness: Can be used stably in the temperature range of -196℃ to 800℃, suitable for low-temperature equipment components.
Low-carbon anti-granular corrosion (304L): Carbon content ≤ 0.03%, the ability to resist intergranular corrosion is significantly improved after welding, suitable for chemical and petroleum equipment
Advantages:
Chloride ion corrosion resistance: Adding 2%-3% molybdenum (Mo) significantly improves corrosion resistance to seawater and chemical solvents, suitable for marine engineering and nuclear power plant equipment.
High-temperature oxidation resistance: Heat resistance is better than 304 series, can be used intermittently below 1600℃, suitable for high-temperature industrial environments8.
Low carbon and high stability (316L): Lower carbon content, excellent intergranular corrosion resistance in the sensitized state, used for thick section welded parts (such as reactor vessels)
Advantages:
High strength and corrosion resistance: Strengthened by nitrogen, the tensile strength is increased by 10%-15%, while maintaining non-magneticity and corrosion resistance, suitable for high-load chemical equipment.
Radiation resistance: Strong stability in nuclear radiation environment, suitable for key components of nuclear industry
