Manufacturing & Heat Treatment Process
1. Raw Material Selection & Cutting
We select high-purity steel ingots and precisely calculate cutting dimensions to achieve optimal axial strength. Precise cutting ensures stable heating and prevents stress concentration during forging.
2. Forging the Shaft
Using hydraulic presses and free-forging or die-forging techniques, we shape the material into final shaft profiles such as:
