C10100 Oxygen-Free Electronic Copper

C10100, also known as Oxygen-Free Electronic Copper (OFE), is a high-purity copper grade with a minimum copper content of 99.99% and very low oxygen content (typically ≤ 0.0005%). This grade is widely used in electrical, electronic, and vacuum applications due to its excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and ductility.

C10100 Copper Manufacturing & Heat Treatment Process

C10100 oxygen-free copper can be produced by casting, hot rolling, forging, and extrusion. For critical applications, forging ensures fine grain structure, excellent conductivity, and dimensional stability.

  • Forging Temperature Range: 760–870 °C
  • Annealing Temperature Range: 400–600 °C
  • Heat Treatment: Typically supplied in annealed condition to maximize ductility and conductivity.
